1. Collagen peptides! I don’t need to explain how great these are for you as I’m sure you’ve heard plenty! My very favorite is Vital Proteins collagen protein. They also sell Marine collagen which is made from fish instead of beef.

2. Hemp hearts! Hemp is full of protein, Omega’s, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium and so much more! I add 1-2 scoops to my smoothies everyday. They can also be added to your granola recipe if you make your own! I use this brand but have used Trader Joe’s and love them as well!
